$149.00

Duration: 4-6 hours

Experience Level: None

Dive Type: Cenotes

What's included? The adventure includes transportation, equipment, snacks, water, park entrance fees, and tons of smiles.

The Dos Ojos Cenotes and Park are world famous for being some of the most beautiful cenotes in the Riviera Maya. This is a must do for an unique snorkeling experience.

Located only 10 minutes from Tulum and 45 from Playa del Carmen, this park has a lot to offer.  The snorkeling tour we offer in Dos Ojos will lead you through both “eyes”. You will swim into a very large air dome called the Bat Cave that is covered with stalactites and stalagmites, as well as bats! If you are on a family trip, this is definitely a must for family fun!

The tour departs Playa del Carmen or Tulum at around 9:00 am.  After a great briefing from your guide, you will be given your equipment so the fun can begin.

You will be joined by our friendly and passionate staff who love what they do, ready to help you and guide you through the process.

The fresh water is a little cooler than the ocean in this area, so you will feel refreshed.  We also will provided you with wetsuits so you can stay a bit longer in the water without getting cold.  Your guide will take you on a tour where you will see tons of bats, birds, and other life that likes to hang out near the cenotes.  The visibility through the water is amazing and offers wonderful light effects.   You will share the cenotes with divers down below enjoying the cavern dive, so Dos Ojos is perfect if you have both divers and snorkelers in your group.

If you have never been diving before and are curious, you should try our Discover Scuba Diving program where you can see what Casa Cenote looks like from below!

Friendly and passionate staff who love what they do! Four of us went on a cenote swim and they handled all the details for transportation, guidance, lunch, and the equipment was expertly maintained. Personally, I would have been happy in a shorty wetsuit vs. the full wetsuit they gave me...that\'s my only critique, ha! Will come back and schedule more dives and water activities with them and highly recommend them to anyone visiting Playa Del Carmen.

Love the laid back attitude and passion for the water Four of us signed up to swim in a cenote (cave filled with water) through Blue Life and the staff was highly knowledgeable, accommodating, friendly, and clearly have a love for the water. Pricing was fair and the equipment was well maintained. Side note...I think a full wetsuit was overkill for the cenote, I would have been comfortable in a shorty, but that\'s me! Great company and would highly recommend them for your vacation fun!

Snorkel in Dos Ojos and SCUBA in Cozumel Our trip was very well organized and planned. It was made especially well with our amazing tour guide, Valentina. She was very calm, collected, patient and professional throughout our customized tour. Our group felt at ease with Valentina guiding and instructing us throughout our trip (which included transportation, tickets, equipment and food) It was my very first time in a cenote, and apparently we went to a very special one, which included a guide-only directed bat cave encounter. Cozumel was even more beautiful with its crystal clear waters and calm waves. We were able to see the colorful coral, fish, turtles and even lobsters. It was also my first time SCUBA diving. With Valentina guiding us, I was able to concentrate on the beautiful reef, instead of worrying about my safety. I would highly recommend Blue Life again, as the the entire process was easy and fun at the same time.

Awesome Cenote Diving We were a group of about 20 divers and snorkle-ers and had a great time on our trip to Dos Ojos Cenote with Blue Life. They had come highly recommended to us so we had high expectations which they lived up to. We had a nice drive from their office in Playa del Carmen to the cenote. When we arrived there, our dive guides did a great dive briefing and made sure everyone was comfortable. Hugo, Sarah, and Rimas were all great dive guides, and Eliah was with snorklers who had a fun time as well. Food and drinks were delicious as well. Safety was stressed throughout the day and it was a beautiful dive. Highly, highly recommend Blue Life!

Amazing Cenote Dive in Tulum! Our family had a great dive experience with Blue Life diving the Dos Ojos Cenote in Tulum. We had a group of 6 divers with Guides Hugo and Vale and 2 snorkelers with Guide Dalay. They were very professional, made us feel comfortable and had an experience that we will never forget! Would definitely recommend!

Phenomenal Experience This was my first trip to the Cenotes and Blue Life made sure it went flawlessly from planning to execution. They were even able to accommodate a last minute scheduling request. Marcela was quick to respond whenever I had questions, and Sarah made sure that everyone had an amazing trip once we got in the water. If you\'re on the fence or shopping around, save yourself the trouble. 10/10, would recommend!

Excelent Hi there. We went on a Dad & Son vacations, from Austin TX, to Mayakoba, and found Blue Live Diving Enterprise. Our Goal was that my 15 years old son, could take the Open Water Course. Fortunately, he perfomed very well, and managed to have his licence. This, came true, with the assistance of a great team of proffessional divers, We would like to mention, and thank, Sarah Pulitzer, Sarah 2, and Hugo de La Llata Rangel, a great team of proffessional divers, that took care of us. All great people, personally I would like to thank Sara Pulitzer for taken care of me while snorkeling, a beautiful person. Please, come and visit Playa and have a great Mexican experience. Best staff, most accommodating to fit my vacation schedule. Friendly staff in a new store location. Excellent communication throughout. A week before my scheduled family vacation I emailed blue life based on trip advisor reviews. Fernanda put together a package that met my needs at a reasonable price. On the first planned diving day I was unavoidably detained and called to cancel that day. I did get a partial refund, although I wasn\'t expecting it. The next day I was paired up with Nate, visiting from Utah, and dove Dos Ojos Cenote with Hugo guiding us. Meanwhile my wife and daughter snorkeled the same cenote with Fernanda guiding them. The day finished off with a nice meal at a local restaurant. The next day we ferried over to Cozumel (ferry price included) and did 2 dives in Cozumel National Park. On the way over and back it was pouring rain with rough seas but the weather was perfect for diving with calm seas. I think Hugo had a connection to change the weather for our dives.... Overall it was an excellent experience, no negative comments at all. I will return next time I vacation in the Riviera Maya.

Great snorkeling while our friends dove! Our friends arranged with Blue Life to go diving and there were some of us who wanted to tag along and snorkel - luckily, they agreed to take us, too and we were really glad that we went. William took us snorkelers to 2 sites and we had a fantastic time exploring the reefs. It was seriously the best snorkeling that we\'d ever done and we had plenty of time to do it while our friends went to dive. They brought fresh melons and waters for us as well, which was a very nice, unexpected bonus. It was also really nice that they picked us up from our hotel and also arranged for a taxi to take us back to our hotel after we finished. I would absolutely go out with them again next time we\'re in the area... and hopefully get certified to do the real thing before then!

Awesome! I booked a trip with my mom for an all day adventure with Blue Life. Karla is great. I reached out to her to help me plan the trip and she got back to me within 24 hours with a full, personalized itinerary (in addition to some suggestions outside of the tour!). We wanted to a trip that wasn\'t too touristy - and we got exactly what we wanted! Guillermo was an awesome tour guide and took us through some really cool cenotes - unlike previous Cancun experiences, there wasn\'t a soul around! I really appreciate the attentiveness and attention to detail Blue Life had and will definitely be going back on another tour!

Blue Life Nailed It We had a group of almost 20 people, some of us are divers, some of us snorkelers. Karla and Frank were able to accommodate us with ease! They are so nice and helpful, they really made the process of planning for a large group easy... which was great because it turns out planning for a large group is really hard! Would dive with them again in a heart beat, but next time, we\'re going for Cenote\'s!

Snorkelling in Dos Ojos Cenote - Stunning! Having just passed my PADI Open Water, cavern diving in Dos Ojos was out of my league. Frank, who was recommended to me by another Dive Instructor, was more than willing arrange a guided snorkel session in the cenote as a teaser for what I would see when I have a few more dives under my belt. He didn\'t try to pressure me into the dull dive. Both Frank and Karla quickly respond to emails, they are happy to be adaptable, arranged a pickup from the hotel I was staying at and do their very best to ensure that everybody has a fantastic experience with them and at their dive sites, even following up with emails afterwards. I\'ll definitely be going back to do the full dive with Blue Live!

Filming with success, couldn\'t have done it without Blue Life We were in Playa on a mission: a complex film shoot in the cenotes and the ocean, with very specific requirements for the required shots we needed. Blue Life managed our project\'s location requirements, our gas needs, out transport, pickup and drop off, boat, equipment and safety. We needed this shoot to go flawlessly as we were on a very tight schedule. Frank took care of my safety while I was operating the camera, and he and Karla worked with the underwater subjects we were shooting. We were shooting free divers, so it all had to be well coordinated with little margin for error. Really we are in their debt for the success of this shoot, and I am planning to go back and do cave training with Frank. That\'s how impressed I was with their operation. Pete Bucknell

Great experience snorkeling the cenotes! My sister and I went with Blue Life to snorkel/scuba dive the cenotes. Our guide Pete was fun and very knowledgeable, as he has a ton of experience in cave diving. I snorkeled with a few other folks and we were able to explore a lot on our own, and saw a ton of fish, turtles, and even bats. The second snorkeling spot was really unique and once-in-a-lifetime. I\'d highly recommend Blue Life, they also seem to have great customer service as well.

Awesome customer service and individualized attention Blue Life & Frank came highly recommended from two friends of mine in the diving world, and within a couple of emails back and forth I could already tell Frank was running a highly efficient, highly professional and organized operation -- which is a huge blessing when you\'re on an extended road trip through the Yucatan with plenty of other logistics to plan besides your cavern diving! From what I saw, they\'re also one of the few shops that give you the option to dive some of the more interesting and less crowded cenotes (by less crowded, I mean there was nobody else at the 2nd cenote, and this was during Christmas! -- as my guide Pete said, \"alone time is hard to get\" and that\'s especially true during the high season in Mx). From what I saw they\'re also the only ones who will agree with you ahead of time on where you\'re going -- they have a tiered pricing system based on the cenotes you dive. On the day of the dive, I ended up being the only diver in the group (there were 3 other snorkelers including my sister) so I got basically a one-on-one tour of two of the best cenotes. My guide Pete was a seasoned vet who\'s dived all over the world for the better part of a decade and was a fantastic and entertaining host to spend the day with. The scuba gear was in great condition, and the dive briefing was highly professional and thorough -- Pete helped me to quickly see the differences between open water and cavern diving and to feel prepared for all the things to keep in mind in there. And of course I was stoked to be able to explore the caverns in a small group! It gets tight in there sometimes, so going with a shop that guarantees a small group like Blue Life is definitely worth it. Finally, the customer service at Blue Life is above and beyond. After the dive I had a couple of questions for Frank and he answered them super quickly and openly, and was proactive in working with me. He holds himself to an extremely high standard of customer service... you can see that\'s why every single review here is Excellent. I did some diving earlier in my trip with an operation on Isla Mujeres who was also competent, friendly, professional; but after working with Frank the comparison between the two is night and day. I only got to do one day of cenote diving on the trip, and with Blue Life it was easily and by far my favorite experience of the entire trip through the Yucatan. In short, if you dive with Blue Life, you can rest easy knowing you\'re going to have an awesome experience and memories for a life time...which is priceless. Thanks so much Frank and Pete!
